Stan Smith Tennis Center

Conveniently located near the Nicklaus Clubhouse, you’ll find our Stan Smith Tennis Center with 5 Har-Tru tennis courts and a newly designed Tennis Pro Shop. Har-Tru is a popular brand of “green clay” surfacing material made of dark gray-green crushed stone. It is easy on the body and provides for more consistent play.

Colleton River’s continuously expanding tennis programs are meant to interest all levels of players. In addition to singles, doubles and team events, you can join us for our “Cardio Tennis Program,” “Drill and Play Workouts” and competitive tournaments against other local clubs. Members participate in inter-club and USTA leagues.

The Colleton River junior tennis program is among the area’s best--with the Colleton River juniors making it to the State Championships.
